Bc3 Cocinas at the 6th Employment Meeting for People with Disabilities in Alicante
Bc3 Cocinas took part in the 6th Employment Meeting for People with Disabilities held in Alicante, a day that brought together companies and institutions committed to building a fairer, more inclusive labour market.
The event was opened by Luis Barcala, Mayor of Alicante, who visited our stand and learned about our firm commitment to social and workplace inclusion.
This inclusive-employment initiative forms part of the actions promoted by ImpulsAlicante, the City Council's Local Agency for Economic and Social Development, which encourages collaboration between the public and private sectors.
Talent knows no borders
During the fair, the various company stands presented a broad and varied range of job opportunities, showing that professional opportunities can and should be within everyone's reach.
On that basis, Bc3 Cocinas showed how our manufacturing industry offers real spaces for development for talented people, whatever their personal circumstances.

A commitment that goes beyond words
Our presence at this meeting is not an isolated event, but a concrete action within our Equality Plan, approved in 2025.
This plan reflects our commitment to making Bc3 Cocinas a comfortable, accessible place suited to the professional development of every group of people in Spanish society.
Bc3 Cocinas is a manufacturing company, but we are aware that there are always opportunities to bring diverse talent into our teams. That is why we have placed a clear and determined focus on equal opportunities for every group in our society.

Towards a more inclusive future
Taking part in initiatives like this one alongside Alicante City Council and Impulsalicante is essential for us.
It is not just about being there, but about supporting people's personal and professional development, reinforcing day by day our commitment to a fairer society.
Because at Bc3 Cocinas we firmly believe that diversity enriches, talent has no limits and inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
